Full-service planning, coordination, and design. Vowed takes a limited number of weddings each year, so every couple gets real attention rather than a slot on a calendar.

SERVICES, EXPERIENCE, AND OFFERINGS

Every wedding starts with the same question: how do you want the day to feel? The plan gets built backwards from your answer. Vendors who actually fit you. A budget that holds up. A timeline with room to breathe.

A wedding should feel like you, and run like it was built for you.

You get one point of contact from the first call to the last dance. I manage the vendor team, hold the budget honest, build the timeline, and handle the hundred small decisions that would otherwise land in your inbox at 11pm. On the day itself, I am the first one there and the last one out, so the only thing you have to do is show up and mean it.

Here is how Vowed can help, and what you can expect when we work together.

OUR SIGNATURE PROCESS

wondering how it all works?

Budget, priorities, and a vendor shortlist that fits both. You make the calls that matter to you. I handle the research, the outreach, and the contracts.

TWO. THE PLAN TAKES SHAPE

We talk about your date, your people, and how you want the day to feel. No pressure and no pitch. If Vowed is not the right fit, I will tell you and point you somewhere better.

ONE. THE FIRST CONVERSATION

Contracts, payment schedules, guest logistics, and the hundred small decisions between booking and the wedding. This is the part I take off your plate entirely.

FOUR. THE LONG MIDDLE

We settle the look: palette, florals, rentals, linens, and the small details that carry it. You get a clear plan you can picture, not a mood board and good luck.

THREE. DESIGN DIRECTION

I am the first one there and the last one out. You get to be a guest at your own wedding, which is the entire point of hiring a planner in the first place.

SIX. THE DAY ITSELF

Eight weeks out, everything gets confirmed. Every vendor receives the same timeline, the floor plan is locked, and your family knows exactly where to be and when.

FIVE. THE FINAL STRETCH

Each wedding collection includes:
Unlimited planning support from booking to wedding day
Budget building and vendor selection
Full design direction and styling
On-site management from setup to send-off

Best for couples who want the whole thing carried. We start with how you want the day to feel, then build backwards from there: the budget, the vendor team, the design, and a timeline that actually holds. I am your single point of contact the entire way.

Lead every stage of planning, from first vision and budget through vendor selection and the wedding day itself.

full service

wedding planner

Each coordination collection includes:
Planning handoff meeting four to tweleve weeks out
Vendor confirmation and contract review
A full wedding day timeline
On-site management from setup to send-off

Best for couples who have already made the decisions and booked the vendors, and want someone to carry the last mile. We confirm every contract, build the timeline your vendors work from, and manage the day on site so nothing lands on you.

Step in as the day approaches to take your finished plan and run it, so you can hand it over.

COORDINATION

day of coordination

Each celebration collection includes:
A planning and design consultation
Vendor sourcing and booking
Floral, rental, and styling direction
Day-of coordination as needed

Showers, rehearsal dinners, welcome parties, and anniversary celebrations. The same approach as a wedding, scaled to fit: a clear plan, vendors who suit the occasion, and design direction so it looks considered rather than thrown together.

Planning and design for the celebrations around the wedding, and for the parties that stand on their own.

frequently asked questions

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD WE BOOK?

Full-service planning usually begins twelve to eighteen months out, and coordination around three to four months before the date. Dates go early, so if yours is set, it is worth reaching out sooner rather than later. If your timeline is shorter than that, ask anyway.

DO YOU OFFER PARTIAL PLANNING?

Often, yes. If you are somewhere between full service and coordination, tell me where you are in the process and what is actually causing the stress. I would rather build something that fits than push you into a package that does not.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER WE INQUIRE?

You hear back from me with availability and a starting point. If it looks like a fit, we set up a call to talk through your day properly. There is no hard sell and no pressure to decide on the spot.
